Impossible to fault, with a first-class service at second-class prices.

Poor Henry conked out, so email sent to Jay who rang within minutes. Was told no call-out fee, Henry was collected that day, and a better model was kindly loaned to us without being asked for. No cash exchanged.

A couple of days later Jay texted to explain the problem (the motor) and two prices were quoted for brand new genuine motor and a new compatible one, including fitting, a spruce-up and delivery.

A day later Our Henry was returned in tip-top condition and the cash was gladly handed over.

No drama, no hidden fees, just top quality service from someone who plainly cares about people.

Cannot recommend highly enough.
